I received an email with these pictures from Ron Phillips, President of Solar Unlimited Network last week. They are the latest from the 2MW Solar Park in Gainesville, Florida. Each section in S.P.#3 is called a "table" and supports 24 PV modules.
The supports for the tables were installed at a rate of one every 4 minutes and an average completion of 80 tables per day.
Table construction began December 10, 2010 and was completed December 20, 2010 (S.P.#4). PV modules are set to arrive by mid-January with final project completion by mid-February of all 8,760 modules!Love hearing about solar projects right here in my own backyard...
