The Flying Goose Brew Pub and Grille is the only solar brewery in New Hampshire.
“We use a lot of resources in making beer,” said Ric Marley, Flying Goose brew master. “We use a lot of water; we use a lot of oil obviously in our boiler to heat the water we use to make our beer.”
But at the Flying Goose Brew Pub and Grille in New London, N.H., they're finding ways to do more with less.
